Take the lead on collecting and analyzing information related to market deep dive projects
Develop presentations intended for senior executives and other leaders of the organization
Support the team in creating content for PSP’s strategic offsites
Contribute to activities related to the annual Business Planning cycle that aligns the organization with our longer-term strategy
Assist the team in monitoring the execution of key strategic initiatives across the firm
Participate in the execution of special projects and additional team priorities
MBA candidate or enrolled in a master’s program in finance, management or law
Previous experience in management consulting and in investment management an asset
Track record of high academic achievement
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel
English required, bilingualism an asset
Ability to navigate an ambiguous, fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy
Exceptional communications skills, both written and spoken
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
Positive proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn
Team player that thrives in a deadline driven/high performance environment
A respect for differences of opinion and an inclusive mindset
Must return to studies after the internship or the internship must be part of your curriculum

ABOUT THE TEAM
The Strategic Planning team is responsible for facilitating the constant evolution and execution of PSP’s corporate strategy with the aim to increase PSP’s overall competitiveness. We work closely with the Leadership team, the Executive Committee, and the Board of Directors to dynamically evolve the corporate strategic plan and drive focus, alignment and synergies on transversal priorities across the firm, including deep-dives on strategic challenges.
