- Analyze inventory data to identify risks of stock obsolescence and opportunities to optimize stock levels.
- Propose and implement action plans to mitigate expiry-related risks and reduce associated costs.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including the forecasting team, production planning, sales, quality, and formulation departments, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Contribute to improving planning processes by formalizing roles, responsibilities, and workflows (RACI matrices and process mapping).
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain organization.
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel; knowledge of ERP systems. Data analysis tools and APS (DynaSys QaD, O9, Kinaxis),… is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- Proactive, organized, and eager to contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Fluent in English and French.
- A hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
