      JOIN OUR TEAM IN BONN FOR AN INTERNSHIP PROGRAM (40 HOURS PER WEEK) POSITION. STARTING ASAP FOR 6 MONTHS WITH THE OPTION OF EXTENSION FOR ANOTHER 6 MONTHS!

Where you will support to develop and administer Talent, Learning and Engagement processes and activities to develop, engage and retain within the organization people with the right aptitude and abilities in line with business needs.

      Your key tasks

      • Draft plans to roll out the annual Employee Opinion Survey and implement related projects and initiatives
      • Support the delivery on project tasks as per project plan and assigned projects (e.g. Diversity Week, Global Volunteer Day, etc.)
      • Coordinate activities as per the defined recognition programs and engagement initiatives such as scheduling of Appreciation week, wellbeing initiatives, etc.
      • Support administration of various Talent Management (TM) initiatives, programs, processes, and tools
      • Support development opportunities, e.g. mentoring, talent programs, Leadership programs management
      • Cooperate with and coordinate 3rd parties e.g. external service providers
      • Advise internal customers and key stakeholders on processes, systems and tools

      Your profile

      • You MUST be a Bachelor or Master student or GAP year student (up to 1 year after Bachelor completion). You MUST have a valid work permit to do an internship in Germany.
      • Ability to work under pressure and flexibility
      • Strong interpersonal skills, in the particularly high degree of self-motivation, drive, and perseverance/can-do attitude as well as team working skills
      • Excellent English communication skills and proficiency German skills are a plus
      • Degree of a relevant study as for example psychology or educational sciences
      • Experience level more than 1 year
      • Track record in successful implementation of engagement and development campaigns
      • Experience in working in international corporate environments and intercultural sensitivity
      • Open to the changes of digitization and implementing them in your daily work
