We are looking for a candidate to join our Corporate Finance & Investment Banking Team. An
ideal candidate would meet the following requirements:

Day to day work profile would entail:
• exposure to the entire M&A or PE deal cycle from industry landscaping and pitching
(Deal Origination) to preparing financial models, business plans, IM, term sheet and transaction
documentation (Deal Execution)
• Candidate will be a key member of the investment banking team and would be involved in
private equity, venture capital, debt fund raising and mergers & acquisition transactions
• Developing and auditing financial models of international standard
• Business Valuations and Investment Analysis
• Research and analysis: Prepare pitches, investment memorandums, research reports
• Participate in the entire deal-making process from pitching, to preparing the financial models,
business plans, IM, term sheet and transaction documentation
