      JOB TITLE: Intern

      JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Supply Chain Intern to join our team for a full-time, paid internship. The intern will gain hands-on experience supporting various aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor relations. This internship offers valuable exposure to real-world supply chain operations within a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare environment.

      Internship Details:

      • Full-time, paid position
      • Hours determined based on availability
      • Business casual attire required
      • Computer and necessary materials will be provided
      • Internship based at our Nashville Corporate Office in Brentwood, TN
      • 6 weeks duration

      RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:

      • Assisting with supplier and vendor communications
      • Supporting data entry and analysis related to purchasing and inventory
      • Helping coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments
      • Participating in process improvement projects
      • Compiling reports and maintaining documentation related to supply chain activities
      • Collaborating cross-functionally with procurement, finance, and operational teams

      QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS REQUIRED:

      • Recent college graduate or currently enrolled full-time student in an undergraduate program with at least two years completed (preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field)
      • Demonstrated initiative both independently and within a team
      • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
      • Ability to travel to the Brentwood, TN Corporate Office
      • Previous internship or related work experience preferred
      • A minimum of three (3) professional or academic references required
