  Position Summary
  
  
  Under the direction of designated staff, performs assigned duties that aid in the overall educational experience of the intern.
  ORLANDO HEALTH ST. CLOUD HOSPITAL
  Situated in the heart of St. Cloud, Florida, Orlando Health St. Cloud Hospital is an 84-bed acute-care community
  hospital offering comprehensive emergency, inpatient and outpatient care. Specialties include cardiology, critical
  care, infectious disease, orthopedics, radiology and surgical services. A full-service ER treats both children and adults
  for minor to major conditions, including heart attack and stroke, and the hospital has earned The Joint Commission’s
  Gold Seal of Approval® for Advanced Primary Stroke Center Accreditation. The campus also is home to Outpatient
  Rehabilitation Services and a Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Center. Orlando Health St. Cloud has been recognized

  • May work on special projects and assignments for a department at Orlando Health.
    
  • Works with other team members on processes and procedures for the assigned department.
    
  • Job duties will vary depending on departmental needs and individual skills sets.
    
  • This is a temporary assignment for college students obtaining work experience.
    
  • Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
    
  • Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures.

  Must be able to demonstrate reading, verbal and written communication, mathematical, and reasoning skills typically acquired
  through completion of a high school education.
  
  Licensure/Certification
  Based on area of assignment, required licenses and certifications.
