      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Audit and elevate accessibility best practices throughout the organization and its vendors
      - Assist designers and developers on best practices for providing accessible solutions
      - Consult with web engineers to ensure quality, accessible experiences
      - Identify components and patterns for accessibility refinement
      - Help develop companywide accessibility standards and program roadmap

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - One to three years of experience or college-level training in digital accessibility
      - Knowledge of various technologies including web, mobile, and video accessibility
      - Proficiency in web development and native app development
      - Familiarity with digital assistive technologies and accessibility testing tools
      - Excellent communication and organizational skills
      - Reliable WiFi connection and availability for 20 hours per week

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with video captioning
      - Familiarity with automated and guided accessibility testing tools
