Works with Senior Developers to create web sites and multi-tier software applications.
Under general supervision, formulates and defines systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify moderately complex information systems.
Provides technical support in design, analysis, and maintenance of software systems.
Follows the industry standard life cycle to produce quality code with thorough documentation.
Analyzes performance of existing hardware and software.
Build and runs test cases for new and existing features.
Corrects software problems as directed.
Competent to work on most phases of applications systems analysis and programming activities with some guidance.
Works with databases, mainly Microsoft SQL Server, performing ETL tasks as needed.
Collectively and independently works to complete assigned project tasks.
May be called to attend, participate, or represent the department at project meetings.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Working on a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field from an accredited college or university.
Course experience in systems analysis, design, and software programming.
Working knowledge of JavaScript frameworks, Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Bootstrap, PHP, WordPress, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and/or jQuery.
Experience processing data using ETL with Microsoft SQL Server.
Exposure or experience with version control systems.
Valid driver’s license.
Able to generate TypeScript.
Knowledge of system development life cycle and structured systems development concepts.
Knowledge of computer networks/protocols, system integration, and software programming models.
Knowledge of client/server technologies.
Knowledge of SQL queries and at least one higher level programming language.
Ability to use systems workflow and logic flowchart techniques.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to use design thinking approaches to all development.
Able to present themselves professionally.
Working knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (Angular highly preferred)
