  • Job Description

      Req#: INTER002572
      1. Work closely with the Executive Director on their day-to-day responsibilities and tasks.
        1. Examines and interprets monthly financial reports and learn to provide explanation of budget variances.
        2. Learns about the strategies to generate maximized revenue.
        3. Learns about the opportunities to generate full maximized ancillary revenue.
      2. Work with the Director of Administrative Services with the day-to-day concierge, human resources, payroll, and resident functions of the community.
      3. Track and document completion of monthly In-Service training for each department.
      4. Shadow department heads to get a better understanding of what is expected of the staff in each department, if applicable.
      1. Help complete Quality Assurance paperwork and ensure all departments are up to date.
      1. Act as a familiar and friendly face to the residents during all shifts.
      2. Learn and implement the mandates and standards put forth by the New York State Department of Health.
