  Santam Namibia has 2x Internship opportunities available at the Windhoek office.

  WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  The successful candidates will take part in a 18-month Internship Training Programme in which they will be trained and exposed in various areas of Short-Term Insurance. They will be given the opportunity to gain practical knowledge within the business as well as external business partners. The progress of Interns will be measured against a contracted Programme Plan.

  ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  
  To be considered for the Internship Programme, you should have completed a qualification (degree/ diploma) in the following fields:

  • Business Administration
  • Marketing and Sales
  • Commerce
  • Finance
  • Engineering
  • Risk Management
    

  In addition, you must have:

  • Pass mark in Grade 11 (New Curriculum) or Grade 12(Old Curriculum) with a minimum of 22 marks
  • Computer Literate – MS Word, Excel &Power Point
  • Namibian Citizen
