  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Execute all aspects of technology and security-related audits, from planning to reporting and validation of findings
  - Develop and maintain next-generation audit practices to enhance the internal audit function
  - Create detailed audit reports for executive-level audiences, documenting findings and supporting evidence
  - Build and sustain trusted relationships with business unit management across various levels
  - Assist in preparing internal audit materials for the Audit Committee and Board of Directors
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's Degree in computer science, management information systems, or related fields
  - 3+ years of experience in internal audit with a focus on technology and information security
  - Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail
  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  - Proven project management skills, able to handle multiple responsibilities and deadlines
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Professional Internal Audit / IT / Security qualification (e.g., CISA, CFE)
  - Understanding of international regulatory requirements related to technology and security
  - Familiarity with the cryptocurrency, payments, or financial services industry
  - Experience in a rapidly growing startup environment
  - Basic scripting experience in coding languages such as Python or Ruby
