What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct internal audits in compliance with banking laws and regulations
- Provide audit consulting services to FNBO/FNNI
- Execute audits under the direction of Senior Auditor or Supervisor
- Assist in updating audit universe assessments
- Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 2+ years of compliance audit or compliance management experience in a bank or financial institution
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Knowledge of auditing principles and tools
- Technical communication and presentation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional Certification: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), or Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS)
- Working knowledge of data analytics
