- Provide communications support as required to support executive leadership strategic priorities.
- Deliver corporate internal communications calendar, campaigns, communications materials for multiple settings including Internal TV screens, posters, intranet, Viva Engage, Swift and others.
- Input to internal communication channels campaign metrics and monitoring performance to optimise and improve effectiveness.
- Support the event manager with communications connected to events.
- Provide communications support to group functions.
- Demonstrated experience with content development and exceptional writing skills.
- Ability to craft and tailor strategic and corporate messages for a variety of audiences.
- Creative problem solver with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-developed computer skills including Microsoft package. Exposure to Adobe Express or Canva would be an advantage but not essential.
- Relevant qualifications in Communications or similar is desired.

Reporting to our Senior Manager Internal Engagement & Projects, as Internal Communications Advisor you will use your exceptional writing capability to excite and delight our people and help shape the conversation at Ventia.
Joining a small but mighty team, you will support production of captivating content through multiple channels to help drive culture and engagement across the organisation. This includes employee newsletters, town halls, internal development "lunch and learn" content, email communications, Viva Engage posts and much more.
You will often work to tight timeframes, across multiple and varied content creation activities using your ability to prioritise and partner with stakeholders throughout the business.
