- Coordinate, write, create, and publish content for global internal news for our Intranet, Viva Engage, e-newsletters, and digital screens, distributing work between in-house specialists and external suppliers
- Manage the global internal news calendar
- Edit and advise on internal news content for units and markets
- Create and contribute to content packages to support the rollout of global internal campaigns, i.e., editorial, visuals, animations, videos, infographics, live or recorded events
- Manage the curation of stories for our global employee advocacy platform
- Create and send monthly e-newsletters featuring global internal news highlights
- Create a monthly editorial list of All Company news for the month ahead, together with the performance of All Company news from the previous month
- Write, publish, and send global leadership messages to all employees
- Answer technical questions regarding digital channels for internal news
- Manage and improve performance of global internal news channels
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the company
- Experience as a journalist/professional writer and are fluent in written and spoken English with high editorial standards
- A minimum of 5-10 year’s work experience within communications, preferably internal communications within a global organization
- Experience with digital channels and technical platforms
- A university bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or equivalent experience
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
- Good planning and multi-tasking experience

If so, you could be our next Internal Communications Content Manager at Tetra Pak. Within our Sustainability & Communications unit, you will be part of a team reporting to our global Internal Communications Director for Content & Channels. The position is permanent, and you will be based in either Lund, Sweden, or High Wycombe, UK. International travel is required approximately 1-2 times per year.
