      Department: Global Brand Marketing

      Reporting to: Internal Communications Manager

      The Department:

      We’re a multi-discipline, global marketing team working across traditional brand marketing, sponsorship, PR, consumer insights, internal communications, and ambassadors.

      The Internal Communications team is responsible for the strategy, planning and execution of all internal comms and events across our global network of offices. The role is key to ensuring our 3500+ colleagues are engaged, well-informed, and better connected to our internal campaigns, values and corporate strategy through regular, timely and effective internal communications.

      Purpose of the role:

      As Internal Communications Copywriter you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling and engaging content that fosters a sense of community among employees and ensure that information flows seamlessly across departments.

      You will be responsible for crafting internal communication campaigns and messaging which will be leveraged across various channels, including our intranet, email communications, social media platforms, and internal presentations.

      You will have a passion for storytelling, a keen understanding of internal communication, and the ability to turn complex ideas into clear, persuasive copy.

      Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

      The position will involve the following areas of responsibility:

      • Create copy for the multitude of deliverables that the global Communications team are responsible for
      • Proof reading copy provided by other team members to ensure tone of voice and accuracy
      • Ability to take the lead on copy-focused projects required by various stakeholders, liaising directly with them to understand task requirements
      • Confident in implementing, organising and leading new initiatives
      • Being a brand ambassador through all work ensuring quality to the highest possible standards, always displaying professional behaviour and reflecting brand values
      • Provide ad-hoc support to the wider Brand Marketing team across various projects that may require copy support

      You will have (Essential skills):

      • Experience in an in-house Copywriter role
      • A confident, proactive, and self-motivated individual
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
      • Excellent copywriting, proofreading and editing skills
      • Well-developed interpersonal skills and a proven track record in developing collaborative relationships with colleagues at all levels
      • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
      • Strong ability in adapting copy to a brand's tone of voice
      • Comfortable in idea generation and execution
      • Ability to seamlessly move from job to job, and working across multiple projects
      • Experience of working with senior stakeholders, drawing out key insights and relevant information
