      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute and support the quarterly and annual SOX compliance program
      - Conduct testing of internal controls and assist in the completion of risk assessments
      - Create detailed audit work papers documenting testing results and conclusions
      - Maintain internal control documentation and monitor compliance with regulations
      - Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and positive relationships

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years of audit experience and control testing
      - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
      - Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
      - Strong communication, time management, and analytical skills
      - Experience with implementing corrective actions and internal process improvements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CPA certification is highly desirable
      - Experience within the healthcare industry
      - Familiarity with SOC 1/SSAE 18 reports
      - Strong project management skills and experience
      - Ability to prioritize projects from various sponsors
