- Board Certified in Internal Medicine
- At least 3–5 years of experience as an active faculty member in an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency program
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative or educational leadership experience
- Demonstrated excellence in clinical care, teaching, and mentoring
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Committed to resident well-being, high-quality care, and team-based learning environments

Mass General Brigham Salem Hospital, a member of the premier Mass General Brigham healthcare system, is seeking a visionary and dynamic physician leader to serve as Program Director of our Internal Medicine Residency Program. This is a unique opportunity to direct a well-established and fully accredited program in a vibrant, collegial environment with strong academic ties.Salem Hospital combines the personalized care of a community hospital with the resources and prestige of an academic medical center. We are proudly affiliated with Tufts University School of Medicine, and our hospital serves as a primary teaching site for its medical students.
