  The Opportunity:

  Internal Product Specialist – Life Science

  Kernverantwoordelijkheden:

  Richting klanten:

  · Vertegenwoordigen van Avantor als geheel

  · Uitvoeren van behoefteanalyses, demonstraties en opvolging van offertes.

  · Zorgen voor correcte en tijdige offertes en klantcommunicatie.

  · Afhandelen van klachten en documentatie via het klachtenproces.

  Richting producten:

  · Diepgaande kennis van het relevante productassortiment.

  · Rapporteren van kwaliteitsproblemen en bijhouden van technische documentatie.

  · Volgen van producttrainingen.

  Richting markt:

  · Signaleren van concurrentieactiviteiten.

  Richting organisatie:

  · Werken volgens visie, strategie en regelgeving.

  · Samenwerken met andere teams en delen van klantinformatie.

  · CRM-systeem bijhouden en leads opvolgen.

  Bevoegdheden:

  · Handelen binnen de geldende autorisatiegrenzen (DoA).

  Kwalificaties:

  · Ervaring met B2B-verkoop van kapitaalgoederen of laboratoriumapparatuur.

  · Opleiding in chemische technologie (minimaal BSc) of commerciële verkoop.

  · Bereidheid tot reizen en in bezit van rijbewijs.

  · Kennis van SAP en MS 365

  Vaardigheden en competenties:

  · Klantgericht, resultaatgedreven, technisch/commercieel onderlegd.

  · Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden (Nederlands en Engels).

  · Teamspeler met zakelijk inzicht en analytisch vermogen.

  · Gericht op lange termijn klantrelaties en winstgevende groei.
