1–2 years of customer service or support experience, preferably in an international setting
Fluency in English and Chinese
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset

Team player with a positive attitude and proactive approach
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with Chinese social media platforms (e.g., WeChat) is a plus.
Job Summary:
The purpose of the job is to support the Manager in improving Marangoni international students’ school experience, in particular Chinese students.
He / She has to support the manager in devising new strategies in order to satisfy Students’ experience needs, using a Customer Care approach.
Key purpose of the role
1. Students Life Service – He / She has to support the Manager in increasing and optimizing students’ services (week zero, Welcome activities, students’ engagement activities etc.) focusing in Chinese students.
2. Customer Care – He / She has to support the Manager in improving customer care activities: in particular he / she has to support students, especially Chinese students, with their needs providing them a wide range of solutions. He / She has to assist the Manager in listening students actively, creating reports and in monitoring costumer care activities.
3. Internal Communication – He / She has to support the Manager in sharing intern communications with students. He / She must assure a high service level and an outstanding ability in problem solving.
4. Relations with external Partners – He / She will also support the Manager in creating and maintaining relations with external partners, ensuring students a luxury school experience.
