• 2 years frontline customer service• Highly flexible (some weekends and evenings activities)• Proactive• Positive attitude and customer focused at all times• Strong Organization skills and attention to detail• Autonomous as well as excellent team player• Fluent in English (oral and written) – Spanish highly desirable• Driving LicenceThe International Enrolment and Events Officer – LRM (IE and Events Officer) will work as part of the central International Enrolment team based in London, to assist in the smooth, professional, and efficient running of the company’s Admissions and Enrolment operation.
They will provide support and guidance to the recruitment teams by responding in a timely manner to admissions-related enquiries throughout the applicant lifecycle and processing applications for all programmes. The IE and Events Officer will provide support to the IE Officers LRM and IE Manager in ensuring the service level agreements are achieved and projects are delivered to the highest standards. They will help to drive a culture of customer service and to position the IE team as a key partner by constantly cultivating and fostering working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.The role holder will play an essential role in supporting the organisation of all Sommet Education Open Days, New student Arrivals, Visits relating to showcasing of the LR brand and campuses, as well as conducting Individual visits on Campus for potential students and other visitors for the Les Roches Marbella campus. Assist with other events focused on Enrolment activities. Provide a 5 star service to all potential candidates/guests visiting our campus and guarantee a professional impecable organisation that reflects the level of hospitality that our schools prepare our students for.In addition, the role holder will regularly support the applicants pipeline by working together with the recruitment teams and IE officers/Managers to progress opportunities across the different application stages, ensuring forward movement and increasing conversion. This includes and is not limited to administrative support, pipeline management duties, and applicant engagement.They will work collaboratively with other IE Officers, and the wider Sommet community, to provide support to other areas when needed.About the company
