- Support the governance and oversight of the internal & external ETF Ecosystem
- Ensure key team documentation is accurately maintained, handle various internal reporting
- Support the coordination of ETF product launches and listings
- Contribute to the development, oversight & maintenance of the end-to-end operating model for the international ETF business with a focus on controls and best practises
- Participate, as required, in supporting key operational and technical initiatives to maintain a best in class infrastructure within the industry
- University degree or equivalent
- Good understanding of how UCITS Funds operate
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and a control mindset
- Ability to work in a diverse, international environment
- Professional maturity to work autonomously, deliver tasks in a timely manner and proactively propose solutions and improvements
- "Team player” with a strong can-do attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to stay organised in a fast-paced environment, working on multiple concurrent projects is often required
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Aptitude at relationship building with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of ETFs is a plus
- Coding knowledge such as Python or other similar data analytics would be beneficial

The global Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) industry has been doubling its size almost every 5 years. In this position you will have an opportunity to join one of the most innovative and leading ETF issuers and have access to a great variety of business topics in a fast-developing segment of the financial industry. You will demonstrate your ability to organise your work and deliverables efficiently and understand the various roles and responsibilities within the ETF Ecosystem.
As an International ETF Platform Analyst in the ETF Team, you will be working closely with other groups and will have access to subject matter experts across the firm. You will focus on the oversight and governance of the International ETF Ecosystem as well as provide support to the expansion of the product range. You will also be involved in the support of various initiatives required to provide continuous improvement for the business and due to regulatory change. This role will provide you with exposure to all of the different functions of an ETF issuer.
This role will be based in Luxembourg.
