      As a Financial Analyst – International, you will provi de complex operational information to facilitate Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) decision making. Also, you will serve as an expert resource for data collection, analysis and evaluation of complex operational resources, services, programs, systems and procedures.

      This position offers a wide variety of experiences and the flexibility to learn other skills, such as automation-using bots. You can practice skills for future positions in areas such as Information Technology or Project Management.

      Responsibilities:

      • Prepares, analyzes and communicates key financial information and provides support to management and other staff members regarding financial reporting and other related issues.
      • Assists with budget preparation and financial planning processes and budget review for compliance and opportunities.
      • Serves as consultant to all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures.
      • Completes special projects and duties including providing necessary research, forecasting and conflict resolution.
      • Other duties as assigned.

      Education:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field required.
      • A High School diploma/GED and four years of experience may substitute the experience and education requirements.
      • An Associate’s degree and two years of experience may substitute the experience and education requirements

      Certifications:

      • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Account (CMA) certification preferred.

      Complexity of Work:

      • Requires critical thinking skills, attention to detail, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
      • Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
      • Ability to complete basic analytical, consultative and information support through analysis and report preparation.
      • Awareness of key performance indicators, cash flow analysis, product line analysis and proposal development.

      Work Experience:

      • One year of Accounting, Finance, Healthcare, Investment Banking or Management Consulting experience preferred.
      • Offset: High School diploma/GED and four years of experience.
      • Offset: Associate’s degree and two years of experience.

      Physical Requirements:

      • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
      • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
      • Ability to work with physical records or operate a computer or other office equipment.
      • In some locations, ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
      • In some locations ability to move up to 25 lbs.
