What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver a top-tier customer onboarding experience to accelerate time to first value
- Drive onboarding engagement from project kick-off to completion, ensuring timely delivery and outstanding customer experience
- Tailor solutions based on customer needs and business objectives
- Manage a high volume of projects while maintaining effective communication with customers
- Guide customers in building and testing their use cases and recommend self-service resources

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Fluent or native speaker of either Portuguese or Spanish
- Strong time management and prioritization skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience implementing, onboarding, or training in the Software as a Service industry
- Technical proficiency and ability to learn and teach software
- Prior experience using Project Management software and/or Salesforce
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations to technical and non-technical audiences
- Active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
