      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide project management oversight for international implementation of the Office of Radiological Security
      - Manage project planning, execution, and reporting while maintaining communication with internal and external clients
      - Lead technical and project management tasks to ensure compliance with scope, budget, and schedule commitments
      - Identify opportunities for expanding business within the National Nuclear Security Administration's initiatives
      - Support complex, politically sensitive projects requiring interaction with senior government and industry stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA and 7+ years of relevant project management experience -OR- MS/MA or higher and 5+ years of relevant project management experience
      - Demonstrated knowledge of disciplined project management practices and tools
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and policy-oriented documentation
      - Ability to adapt and prioritize work assignments in a rapidly changing environment
      - U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a federal security clearance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Successful experience working with Department of Energy sponsors in national security initiatives
      - Pre-existing relationships with the National Nuclear Security Administration's program clients
      - Expert knowledge of project management, database applications, and system integration
      - Experience in a highly politically sensitive environment with senior federal staff
      - Demonstrated ability to work proactively with clients and independently initiate new activities
