What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the migration of data and workflows to updated platforms, ensuring data integrity during transitions
- Document processes and resolutions to aid in training and continuity for students and staff
- Develop training modules and documentation for various audiences, including staff and campus partners
- Assist in maintaining and updating international student records, identifying and resolving data inconsistencies
- Generate reports and compile data for internal use, supporting visualizations for presentations and compliance reviews
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate student status
- Ability to work with a diverse clientele in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and macros
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
- Ability to work with confidential information in compliance with FERPA and immigration guidelines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with immigration processes and compliance in higher education
- Strong intercultural communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience with data management systems or CRM platforms
