What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform intermediate to advanced accounting functions related to tax specifications
- Supervise and assign work to lower-level associates, ensuring quality control and adherence to standards
- Manage client engagement, ensuring timely communication and meeting deadlines
- Utilize research skills to identify potential tax issues and gather necessary client information for filing
- Prepare tax accrual workpapers and work with tax software applications to complete tax returns

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in public accounting, corporate accounting, and/or tax accounting
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or equivalent accounting coursework
- CPA preferred; must meet educational requirements and actively sit for the CPA exam if not a CPA
- Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Experience with corporate taxation, consolidations, and partnerships preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior basic supervisory experience
- Experience preparing and reviewing tax provisions
- Proficiency in tax compliance process software, including GoFileRoom and GoSystemRS
- Knowledge of CCH ProSystems is a plus
- Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus
