      Responsibilities / Tasks

      Internship theme: Join the Customer Service team to manage and monitor quotations and spare parts orders and service assistance in France and North Africa.

      Responsibilities :

      Customer Service Sales Administration

      • Follow-up of quotations and customer orders in France and North Africa, use and training on SAP.

      • Follow-up customer requests by communicating with our European production centers.

      • Helping to improve service processes and the customer experience.

      Support the implementation of the Customer Relation Management (CRM) project in the spare parts and tooling department:

      • Drafting of new operating processes

      • CRM training

      • Data structuring for CRM

      • Support for existing teams

      • Team training

      • Validation of correct operation and use of the tool

      • Optimization of procedures based on user feedback

      Period / duration of internship: 6 months in 2024 (preferably March to August)

      Your Profile / Qualifications

      • Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Trade/Marketing

      • Entrepreneurial and autonomous spirit

      • Excellent adaptation and communication skills

      • Skills: Organized and rigorous, you are proficient in MS office 365.

      • Minimum foreign language skills required: English / French, with a plus for German or Dutch.
