- You will get to know our business areas from different perspectives - especially with a focus on strategic initiatives as well as the analysis of all relevant external and internal factors to derive product strategies and measures, covering the full product lifecycle
- Master’s degree in industrial engineering or technical business administration with above-average grades
- First practical experience through relevant internships, e.g. in product management, purchasing or strategic consulting (ideally in the automotive industry)
- International experience through studies abroad or internships
- High motivation, curiosity, and commitment to professional and personal development
- Holistic entrepreneurial and change mindset, excellent analytical skills including a high affinity for numbers, as well as hands-on mentality
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and persuasiveness paired with a high level of initiative and change mindset
- English proficiency and ideally another foreign language, e.g. Chinese, Spanish or Slovenian
