As we expand our global presence, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join us as an International Trainer. If you're passionate about retail, have a keen understanding of international training dynamics, and thrive in a creative and collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!

      You will have an international responsibility as brand ambassador and visit our markets regularly to ensure our trainers and store teams are fully equipped to deliver our customers the perfect store and Rituals’ experience!

      For 40 hours per week, give new meaning to the words 'aim big, act small' and you:

      • Travel to our local markets (3-4 days a week in mainly Europe)
      • Implement international training programs and support the continuous development of these programs
      • Show expertise on our customer experience, product benefits and treatments
      • Develop, implement, and organize train the trainer sessions for local training teams
      • Train shop teams of new markets towards and shortly after store opening(s), as well as local office teams and marketing / PR agencies where relevant
      • Transfer knowledge and skills, supported by data from Mystery Shop, the digital learning platform and PowerBI (KPI) dashboard for our various Lines of Businesses
      • Liaise with managers in local markets and our Head Office to identify and fulfil retail training needs
      • Create learning and training content (for example new videos for e-learning)

      THIS IS YOU

      High on energy, low on ego and with a little bit of humor. Your main ingredient is having a passion for people and helping them to grow. You live the Rituals brand, and you are contagious in your passion for the brand and the shop floor. You love to connect to people – customers as well as your trainees. On top of it you have:

      • At least 3 years of relevant experience in the role of international trainer, preferably in an (international) retail environment
      • Flexibility to travel to our local markets (3-4 days a week in mainly Europe)
      • Highly culturally conscious and adaptable, international experience is necessary
      • Excellent and inspirational communicator/trainer, fluency in English is mandatory, other languages are preferable
      • Bachelor or master’s degree in a relevant field
