What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage complex projects for clients and support the growth of existing client relationships
- Advise multinational organizations on managing their global retirement plans, including pension accounting and financing
- Act as a project manager on multiple client accounts, ensuring effective communication with key contacts
- Assist with business development initiatives for prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams and delegate deliverables appropriately within client teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in retirement/benefits actuarial consultancy
- Ability to communicate detailed solutions to clients and identify business growth opportunities
- Prior experience working with multinational companies
- Familiarity with pension accounting standards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Qualification with Society of Actuaries (FSA or ASA) or a similar actuarial designation
- Experience with international wealth delivery models and tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills
