Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will work side-by-side with members of the Law Organization in the handling of legal matters. Interns in the Law Organization are given broad responsibilities and experiences including drafting responses to administrative agencies, creating persuasive position statements on the legal issues or fact situations, researching and analyzing legal issues, reviewing, drafting and commenting on transactional matters and agreements and providing assistance to legal professionals in the following practice components: Operations, Litigation, Business Development, Environmental, and various other areas of law.
