Job Description

- Assist with seasonal product launches, including building out product pages, and managing product attribution
- Work in conjunction with merchandising team to compile and input product data
- Log site bugs and open tickets with tech team to resolve
- Perform ongoing site audits
- Create and analyze various site reports
- Help execute personalization preview on product pages
- Assist with testing new site functionality and app releases
- Build out our homepages and content pages
- Develop and maintain our site build calendar
- Create and test both site and print promotions
- Assist in creating new category/subcategories based on seasonal needs
- Work with Site Manager on special projects related to operational improvements, site partnerships and comprehensive testing strategy
- Help manage implementation of project releases, interfacing with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and on-budget completion of projects
- Coordinate and administer ongoing testing for each project release and major site launches

- Minimum required: College degree.
- Experience with e-commerce or retail
- Must be literate in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, and have strong communication and presentation skills
- Well-organized, detail-oriented
- Able to make timely decisions, anticipate problems, and provide creative solutions
- Experience with a web analytics systems a plus

You will be part of the Mark & Graham E-Commerce team, helping to support our site operations and site merchandising teams. Our job is to drive conversion and deliver a best-in-class online experience to our customers.

The expected starting pay range for this position is $26.53 - 33.72 per hour. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
