      The primary focus of a Sales representative is to sell Oracle solutions and services to existing customers and to prospect for new customers in the assigned territory or vertical.

      This is a hybrid role where candidates will be in the Burlington, MA office 3 days a week

      US: Hiring Range in USD from $20.24 to $31.63 per hour; from: $42,100 to $65,800 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50/50 - 65/35.

      Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
      Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

      8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

      The role will generally accept applications for at least three calendar days from the posting date or as long as the job remains posted.

      Responsibilities

      As a Sales Representative, you will sell products and services to an assigned geographic or national account base territory to achieve assigned objectives. Generates sales leads as well as closing deals online or by phone. Utilizes inbound and/or outbound calls to pursue sales. Develops account penetration strategies, and closes business. Responsible for understanding Oracle's product offerings and competitive issues. Identifies new business opportunities by creating and implementing territory campaigns with management assistance. Liaise with customer contacts for the purpose of managing the customer relationship, identifying new opportunities, and selling Oracle products and services. Participates as a team member on sales teams, including field sales, support and education sales, and sales consulting.

      Qualifications:

      • 3-5 years of experience preferred with full-cycle sales experience
      • Experience selling to the C-suite
      • Broad understanding of the Oracle solution portfolio and the business processes it enables to drive customer value conversations
      • Self-starting mentality around business development and willingness to meet clients face-to-face
      • Ability to build and deliver presentations to your customers
      • Ability to strategize with a large extended team
      • An AS degree or higher.
