In the communities’ team, we build ongoing, meaningful relationships with the most influential community leaders in football, running, and lifestyle across the UK. From forging partnerships that support grassroots organizations to supporting community-led events. A small but perfectly formed team, we work with many areas of the adidas brand to bring the communities to life.

GROW YOUR CAPABILITIES THROUGH MEANINGFUL TASKS AND PROJECTS

• Collaborate with London sports and lifestyle partners to implement directed projects.
• Build cross-functional relationships with Brand Comms, Newsroom, and Retail teams.
• Research and suggest ideas for London locations, partners, and communities.
• Share creative activation ideas to boost lifestyle, music, and football initiatives.
• Offer activation improvement suggestions based on London community insights.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm for new ideas, contributing knowledge of London and young communities.
• Provide administrative support to the wider Key City London team.

WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH

• Competent in Microsoft packages – especially PowerPoint
• Excellent Communicator
• Willingness and a curiosity to learn
• Proactive attitude
• Highly organized
• Experience with events (huge bonus but, not a show-stopper)
• Passion for the adidas brand

ELIGIBILITY

• • Enrolled as a full-time student for the complete duration of the internship.
  • Candidates in the penultimate year of study (following the internship, students should have a maximum of one year to graduate)
  • Available for the full duration of the internship – September 2024- September 2025
  • Local to the London office or ability to relocate for the full duration of the internship.
