      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer and facilitate NASA OSTEM Internship Program protocols and procedures at assigned Centers
      - Support the full internship lifecycle, including mentor recruitment, application review, and intern selection
      - Enhance mentor and intern engagement through planning and execution of enrichment activities
      - Serve as a liaison for internship and fellowship programs, aligning activities across teams
      - Track and report on applicant status and overall program performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
      - Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
      - Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service through effective communication and relationship building
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Residing near a NASA Center with flexibility to attend on-site meetings
      - Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), such as Canvas
      - Familiarity with CRM or case management systems, such as Gateway (Salesforce)
