  Join us in this role where you’ll support the management team in setting up new ways of working across a global fleet and driving inititatives that support our communication and alignment with important stakeholders globally. You will play a vital part in setting up clear guidance on our core service deliverables.

  You’ll be part of supporting the management team where you together with your colleagues will play an important role in setting up a new department with new team structures. You will play an important part in making sure our core services are clearly visualized and communicated. As a team, we are customer and stakeholder oriented. We set the bar high in making sure we deliver according to our stakeholders demands, both in a timely and efficient manner.

  Join us where you’ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in our industry for a six (6) to eight (8) months internship, gaining relevant professional skills currently used in the workforce. You’ll support our vision in enabling a greener future of the most sustainable company in the world.

  You’ll play an important role in:

  • setting up clear communication packages to visualize our core services
  • supporting the management team in maintaining and updating different department files and guidelines
  • supporting with the communication towards internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner
  • supporting and driving a platform to communicate within the department regarding processes and core deliverable
  • ensuring stakeholder mapping is done and maintained.

  To succeed in the role, you:

  • are currently studying business or relevant engineering field

  • are proficient in English and power point

  • are creative and business oriented

  • have a proactive and systematic approach to your work

  • are eager to learn, have a can-do mindset when facing challenging tasks, and have a strong personal drive to get your tasks done.
