As a trainee part of the Xpedition team, you will work on one of PwC's flagship learning programs - Altitude.

      What will you be doing?

In this internship you'll work in an international team: You are stationed in Amsterdam, and you will work from the Amsterdam office or virtually.

The internship requires regular work trips to Dusseldorf and on-site presence for multiple weeks in May in Frankfurt where the Altitude events take place.

During your internship you will be responsible for the communication and technical support of Altitude. This internship is an opportunity to be part of an international team, to add to the success of Altitude (a memorable and impactful experience for the participants) and will give you - for sure - a pressure cooker experience in which you'll get to know yourself better (your strengths, development areas and the way you collaborate with others).

You'll build experience with the set up of a highly professional L&D offer and the organization of a big event. Your tasks will be:

      • Contact and set up the Altitude Event app (Spotme). Responsible for filling the Altitude event app with participant information, setting deadlines for content delivery with the design expert and working together with the Spot me team.

      • Set up slides Altitude plenary sessions (in collaboration with design lead), make sure they are delivered to the onsite technical lead and are updated for each event.

      • Set up general information slides for the screens in the venue (in collaboration with design expert/project lead).

      • Set up and coordinate communication emails, calendar invites and two websites for Altitude. Follow the Altitude communication plan, make sure the content is complete/updated, work precisely and direct questions that come back to the right team member. You will work closely with the project lead and the training management colleague.

      • Support with the delivery of the Altitude events on site in the Frankfurt area. Work together with the team members and suppliers to run the events smoothly, responsible for updating the event app, onsite problem solving and giving the participants the best learning experience.

In this role you will report to the Altitude project lead and Altitude design expert and work together with 5 to 6 other team members. The time investment of the role is full time.
