What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct detailed market research to understand global cruise industry trends
- Analyze competitive deployments and prepare reports to inform strategic decisions
- Evaluate the effectiveness of current itineraries and recommend improvements
- Review customer and ship feedback to identify patterns and insights related to customer satisfaction
- Research new destinations for inclusion in itineraries and analyze their feasibility and popularity
- Engage in special projects as needed, including ad hoc analyses and cross-departmental initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency using MS Office Suite, including Outlook and MS Teams
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Technical proficiency and computer skills for specific tasks and projects
- Major in Economics, Business, Business Marketing, Business Administration, Marketing, or International Business preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to make abstract connections within data
- Interest in Geography and Analysis experience
