      The divisional ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) team is responsible for defining and implementing the ESG strategy covering all business units, functions as well as asset classes in all countries. Currently, we are looking for an intern to join our ESG Positioning / Change Management sub-teams. In this function you will be working in a dynamic and international team of highly engaged and knowledgeable ESG / sustainable finance experts and gain insights into a future-proof and strongly emerging field within the financial industry.

      Responsibilities

      • Maintenance of ongoing publications, presentations and reports
      • Project support in the area of ESG Positioning / Change Management
      • Coordination and organisation of meetings / committees
      • Consolidation of stakeholder feedback and administrative support
      • Sounding of communicative measures for the team

      Profile

      • You are studying or have a degree in business, communication, public relation, law, political science or environmental management.
      • Sustainability enthusiast with excellent language skills in English and German, knowledge of French is an advantage.
      • Communicative and open-minded as well as enjoy working in international teams.
      • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, structured, and reliable with a hands-on mentality and creative personality.
