      Your role

      Are you detail oriented, even when multitasking? Do you know how to shine in a supporting role? We’re looking for someone like that to help us with:
      • reflecting/booking trades in our internal accounting systems
      • trades reconciliation and booking
      • reviewing trade matching and settlement
      • dealing with external and internal counterparties in case of query resolution

      Your team

      You will be working for the Asset Management Operations. The team, based in Wroclaw & Krakow, is part of a global function which has presence in London, Chicago and Singapore. The team works in close conjunction with trading desk and external counterparties such as prime brokers,execution brokers and various global Operations teams.Business coverage hours has to cover US time zone i.e. 16.00PM - 24.00AM.UBS offers hybrid model of working.

      Your expertise

      You have:
      • University degree or current last years student of your Bachelor or Master's degree
      • very good in written and spoken in English
      • analytical and problem solving skills
      • a pro-active attitude and willingness to learn
      • remote access enabling you to work from home
      You are:
      • motivated, self-directed
      • experienced in Microsoft Excel
      • comfortable working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
