- During your internship, you will support our team’s public affairs work, with a particular focus on sustainability and trade policy.
- You will monitor and analyze EU policies and national initiatives on sustainability (in particular circular economy and supply chain due diligence), as well as international trade and geopolitics.
- In addition, you will assist with internal coordination and external outreach.
- Furthermore, you will draft presentations and positions, background briefs and policy updates.
- Last but not least, you will attend (political) events and association meetings.
- Education: studies in the field of Law, Political Science, Economics or comparable
- Experience and Knowledge: excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail; ability to communicate effectively; good analytical and research skills; MS PowerPoint skills preferred
- Personality and Working Practice: structured, independent, creative and team-oriented
- Enthusiasm: strong interest in politics and sustainability regulation
- Languages: good in English, German is a plus

The Political Affairs and Government Relations department is responsible for the Bosch Group’s public affairs activities in Germany and the European Union (EU). Based in Berlin and Brussels, we are responsible for advocating the Group’s political interests towards EU Institutions, the German Federal Government and other relevant policy and decision-makers. We identify relevant political issues for Bosch, monitor legislative processes, coordinate positions, and define advocacy strategies.
