- Hardware Inventory and Tagging of IT Assets
- Data Entry into IT Service Management Platform (ITSM)
- Organize IT Storage Room/s; prepare hardware for e-waste.
- Desk Move Requests; move and reconnect computer and peripherals
- Cable Management of desktop workspaces and presentation areas
- Installation or Imaging of Windows computers in prep for deployment
- Hardware / Computer Peripheral installation or configuration
- Exercise confidentiality when working with proprietary information
- Provide courteous service with professionalism when working with staff
- Printer and Plotter Meter Readings
- Other duties as assigned
The IT Help Desk Intern’s role is to assist the Clark Pacific Helpdesk and Infrastructure teams within the computing environment. This includes various information technology duties commensurate to hardware inventory, asset tagging, installation of and/or adjustments to hardware peripherals, software installation, computer imaging, cable management, and other well-defined tasks. Daily interaction with Information Technology staff and occasionally end users.
