- Assistance to the Renewable Energy & Power Markets Knowledge Team in a variety of ad-hoc requests from international power and utilities clients and consulting team (incl. research, analyses, preparation of presentations)
- Contribution to the development of power market tools by conducting modelling and analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams to define assumptions, set parameters, and develop scenarios that drive successful project outcomes.
- Ownership of comprehensive research and analysis of a variety of topics
- Enhancement and maintenance of internal data models and benchmarking tools
- Support the internal processes of knowledge capture and curation
- Support of internal projects and activities like database maintenance, newsletter process support, and filing of documents
- Contribution to an intense and fun work environment in a small, young, diverse, and dynamic group that truly values teamwork
- Developing solutions and driving new ideas, with limited guidance and often

- Bachelor's or Master's studies with high academic achievements – preferably in engineering, business or (energy) economics
- Deep interest in the energy sector and personal drive and enthusiasm to learn more about power markets, generation and renewable energy
- First practical experience through internships or working student positions are advantageous
- Strong Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and PowerPoint capabilities, Python knowledge is advantageous
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal credibility, reliability, and service mentality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, additional German language skills are advantageous
WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are looking for an intern available to work full-time (40 hours/week) for 6 months. We are seeking a strong candidate to support the Knowledge and Consulting Teams to elaborate first class solutions for their clients. In this role you will assist the Renewable Energy & Power Markets analysts and experts in international assignments on a variety of topics including renewable energy, power generation, power markets and regulation.
