Uploading service parts prices in the PDH (Product data hub)
Price maintenance
Quotation review and approval
Procurement operational tasks with suppliers and warehouses
Supplier performance review
Currently pursuing an MBO (vocational education) or HBO (hogeschool/ applied sciences) degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain or related fields
Detail oriented, strong analytical and a basic/good proficiency of Microsoft Office (mainly Excel)
Team-player, self-starter and a hands-on mentality
Excellent English skills, preferable other languages (Chinese/Dutch/Italian/Polish)
Monthly full-time allowance of €400 gross (MBO) or €500 gross (HBO). If you will perform a part-time internship you will receive the allowance pro-rata.
Travel compensation, if you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. €192,- net
Paid holidays per internship term.

You are a part of:
The Philips Personal Health business, in the Service Parts team (as part of the bigger Marketing & Consumer Engagement & Care department), that plays a key role in driving the best
Service experience online for consumers when it comes to self-repair of their Philips products (e.g. toothbrushes, shavers). It's a dynamic, target- driven and enthusiastic team with a lot of expertise in the field.
In this role you will have the opportunity to learn more about procurement, consumer satisfaction, and how a global organizations works.
The role is a practical, hands-on role, mainly consisting of operational support to the wider team, by e.g. uploading correct prices into the system and supporting in contact with suppliers.You are responsible for:
