      The Strategic Projects Analyst is a highly exposed internship, providing a learning opportunity for a passionate young talent with high potential, to contribute to Chanel Watch & Fine Jewelry (WFJ) growth.

      Within the WFJ CEO’s office and reporting to the Director of Strategic Planning & Governance, the Strategic Projects Analyst coordinates cross-department projects in line with the Maison’s strategy and coordinates key momentum for the Watch & Fine Jewelry Division (WFJ) such as the 3 Year plan, the monthly Executive Committee, or the annual Leadership Committee.

      We’re looking for an innovative and result-driven thinker with excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.

      The internship mission will be structured as follow:

      - Strategic Projects

      • Coordinates strategic transversal topics in close collaboration with all the Division and Market stakeholders: e.g., Marketing, Internal Communication, Manufacturing, Operations, CSR, etc...

      • Support the WFJ Division teams in the identification and follow-up of key strategies and initiatives

      • Support the Strategic Planning Cycle of the WFJ Division

      • Plays a key role in promoting and implementing new tools and ways of working in collaboration with various fields of expertise (digital, innovation etc..) and other product categories

      - Business Analysis

      • Monitoring of the Watch & Jewellery industry dynamics with financial analysis

      • Run and create analysis based on business, competition, customers & distribution indicators combined with inputs from the different WFJ Departments

      • Coordinates presentations for the Executive Committee

      • Write sharp, data-driven & bullet proof Insights

      - Key events coordination for the WFJ Division

      • Coordinates the Annual Leadership Committee and other key events for the Division (retro-planning, objectives, content and key messages, tools & content production, budget management)

      Key success factors for this position

      • Excellent synthetic analytical mindset

      • Perfect command of computer tools, in particular Excel and PowerPoint

      • Flexible, versatile, adaptable, and receptive

      • Great writing proficiency in both English French

      • Strong interest in the Retail luxury, Watches & Fine Jewelry sectors

      • Recognized for your assertiveness, your strength of conviction and your pedagogy

      • Organized, rigorous and endowed with a very good ability to take a step back

      • Strategic vision, agility, and responsiveness to evolve in a changing and demanding environment

      • Results oriented, you do not hesitate to be proactive and to take initiatives

      Profile

      • Ideally student from a top-ranked Business School or Engineering School or equivalent with a major in, Strategy, Finance or with specialization in Consulting, ideally in an international context

      • Ideally first internship in governance, project management ideally in the luxury sector or in consulting

      • Experience in leading complex projects requiring change management & involvement of multiple teams

      Location: Paris, Vendome

      Contract and duration : Internship - 6 months

      Start date : September 2023
