- Supporting the C&C Lead in developing creative PRISM Change & Communication materials
- Supporting the creation of project-based communications, e.g., status reports and workshop decks
- Maintain the PRISM communication channels and co-shape the editorial calendar for Workplace
- Taking on projects that can cover any area that the team is involved in, exposing you to a broad range of functions and activities
- Your starting date is 1 February 2024.
- The internship is fulltime (in consultation also 4 days a week possible)
- The duration of the internship is 5 or 6 months (in consultation with your internship supervisor)
- It is a practice-oriented internship
- You will be based in Amsterdam at the HEINEKEN International Head Office
- You will receive an internship fee of €500 (wo & hbo)
- You will enjoy 2 vacation days per month (based on fulltime)
- If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Flexible and able to manage multiple activities, prioritise & maintain an overview of the big picture and pay close attention to detail
- Manage your workload, tasks, and scope. Pragmatic in doing what needs to be done. A self-starter
- Interest in Change Management, Communication and Programme Management
- Highly motivated with a strong interest in developing your (creative) communication skills
- You are enrolled at an educational institution.
- In the case of non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution, from which we receive proof of enrollment for the current academic year from you.
- In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU.
- Living in the Netherlands during internship (HEINEKEN does not facilitate housing).

The departmentThe PRISM team is part of the Revenue Management team within the Global Commerce function and interacts with Sales, Finance and D&T as well as with the operating companies. Our team likes to socialise and enjoy a good beer at the end of the week! There will be plenty of team moments.

Together with a diverse group of interns from different departments you will start your internship at HEINEKEN. Together you will be introduced to the organization. Furthermore, you can organize fun activities with your fellow interns.
