- Spring 2026 Program Dates: Approximately January 2026 – April 2026.
- Organizes and catalogs training videos, toolkits, and resources on a new centralized SharePoint site.
- Documents standards and processes for creation, positioning, and continuous improvement of content on central site.
- Creates micro-video modules from existing video content in collaboration with subject matter experts and content creators.
- Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Sophomore or above.
- Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required.
- A transcript is required upon application.
- Preferred majors include: Instructional Design. Video Production, Digital Content/Media, Digital Communication, or similar.
- Experience with video content creation, production, and editing.
- Knowledge of Instructional Design principles.
- Working knowledge of Vimeo and SharePoint.
- This internship will be an in-person experience, based in our Orlando offices.
- Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university, and must have a graduation date later than April 2026.
- Universal Orlando does not provide housing. Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.
- All of our internships are paid, and you may also qualify for housing financial assistance if applicable. The Recruiter will provide specific eligibility details.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Talent Development Leadership intern will contribute to the post-production process through the ingestion of existing videos, supporting the team by identifying selects, and creating string-outs and sizzle reels for review. The intern will collaborate with subject matter experts and content owners while assisting with the creation, development, and positioning of on-demand learning resources. This role offers opportunities to learn, create, and collaborate in a highly productive Talent Development Team that is expanding its reach of development through storytelling short videos.
