- Summer 2024: Approximately May 2024 – August 2024
- Fall 2024: Approximately September 2024 – December 2024
- Collects and analyzes data to support various projects and programs.
- Creates web “proofs” for the scrum teams to execute.
- Attends meetings with partners and stakeholders.
- Audits the UOR and USH websites and mobile apps for enhancement opportunities.
- Provides website expertise to partners and drives small scale strategy.
- Develops pitch decks for projects.
- Ensures tactical execution through project management system.
- Documents team processes and best practices through SOPs.
- Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Senior or above.
- Recent graduates will not be eligible for this program.
- Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required.
- An official transcript may be required upon request.
- Preferred majors include: Marketing, Communications, Business.
- Preferred prior coursework completed: Marketing Strategy, eCommerce.
- Preferred knowledge of and experience with Project Management Tools such as Workfront.
- Coursework or portfolio in marketing strategy and/or eCommerce preferred.
- Must be efficient in Microsoft Office Programs including, but not limited to: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities and organization.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Superior written & verbal communication skills.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to deadlines.
- Ability to work autonomously and/or in teams.
- Consistent attendance.
- Analyzes and review data-based insights and recommend solutions to optimize consumer journeys and build user stories for website and mobile app.
- Participates in the development of New Prospect, Trip Conversion, and Booked Guest and Retention programs by being an active contributor in cross-functional team meetings.
- Assists with preparation of Marketing Templates & Playbooks.
- Assists in developing presentations and capturing feedback from introspective sessions; help lead weekly work sessions.
- Supports design thinking initiatives to re-imagine future digital experiences for our guests.
- Research Digital Customer Experience best practices and trends across industries.
- Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities.

- Preferred candidate is in pursuit of an MBA or Graduate degree.
- Required pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Junior or above.

JOB SUMMARY: Support the development of programs and capabilities for Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood guests. By analyzing insights and recommending solutions, this intern will have a key role in designing, prioritizing, and delivering impactful eCommerce.
