CRC typically hosts 3 to 5 corporate interns, typically based at our main office in Baltimore. In special circumstances, a virtual internship is feasible.

• Internships run approximately ten weeks and take place during the summer season, beginning late May/early June and ending anywhere from mid-August to early September, depending on school schedules.
• Interns usually support our commercial leasing, investor relations, acquisitions, asset management and executive teams.
• Occasionally, positions in internal support areas such as marketing, HR, and accounting as well as positions in our multifamily operating division may be available depending on business needs.
• Internships are typically part-time, 21- 28 hours per week and paid based on current market rates.
