- Will be employed under the hospital multi-specialty medical group.
- Interventional Cardiology.
- STEMI certified center.
- Clinic Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM
- Call schedule: 2 days per week + 1 weekend per month, Friday-Sunday (Negotiable)
- STEMI and Cardiology call together.
- Clinic On-Site.
- 2 State-of-the-art Cath Lab (newly renovated)
- Full time position - Mix of inpatient and outpatient.
- The Salary range is 550K-650k annually.
- Base Salary + Productivity bonus based on collections.
- Sign-on bonus and Relocation allowance can also be given. (Negotiable)
- Position is in Victorville, CA. Around 45 minutes away from Rancho Cucamonga, CA & Ontario, CA.
- Currently we have 1.5 Full time Interventional Cardiologists, and 2 Full time NP employed.
- We also have 3 Independent IC that supports the hospital.

Desert Valley Hospital offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is between $550,000-650,000. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
